We are working on rehabbing a property from another state and were looking for someone to do tile work. We interviewed 4 people and we liked 2 of them. However, for different reasons it didn't work out. We started looking again and found Austin. He is FANTASTIC! We planned on him only doing some wall construction and tiling but he jumped in when we were in need of other services and gave us more than fair pricing even AFTER he had jumped in and the work was done. He is capable in many different areas of remodel / rehab and he is understanding as well as cooperative and easy to work with when we made a few changes. Austin has given us peace of mind with our long-distance project which is not easy to find!! We own a Property Management and Realty company in another state as well as flip houses and own several rental properties ourselves. We know this industry and Austin should be your go-to if you are looking for someone with integrity, capability and skills in multiple areas, all at a fair price.
